PROJECTS
REDTEN Infrastructure Limited, Dhaka Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) a 100% Subsidiary of Redten Resources Sdn Bhd. (1080922-U) A Bhumiputra Company has been awarded the project for constructing 8736 Apartments in Block B & C of Uttara, Dhaka. The project is known as Uttara Apartment Project (UAP) under (G to G) Government to Government Cooperation between Government of Malaysia and Government of Bangladesh.
The Client RAJUK (Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha) is a Capital Development Authority under Ministry of Housing & Public Works, People’s Republic of Bangladesh has already received necessary approvals from the respective Cabinet Committees for the project.
The Project cost is approximately USD 700 Million project to be completed on a Finance, Design, Build and Transfer basis using Industrialised Building System (IBS) for the construction. Thus, fromGovernment of Malaysia this is the first time Bangladesh will experience the said Technology through it’s SPV as ‘Technology Transfer’.
The financial aspects along with Design & IBS Construction of the complete project is being taken care of by Redten Resources Sdn Bhd.
The project is at the stage of work order release and work is slated to start in January 2019.
